The most helpful Tourist Information I have dealt with. Last time they supplied me with local information and sent me maps, instead of some others who just send links, this time they have helped me with information outside their area. I can recommend the staff with a 10/10

They seem to have a lot of fliers and brochures. They also have post cards that are specific to their shop. The location is convenient to the "start" of the Margate attraction area.

Two women were working when I was in there. they seemed to be getting some travel information for other visitors. They provided me with a good list of trains times back to London.

Probably worth a quick stop in on your way to the Shell Lady.

SERIOUS NOTE: The stairs to the building are slightly uneven - as would be the way with an older building. It has been suggested that they markthe edges of the stairs. I suffered several contusions and a broken toe due to a fall on these steps. Thank goodness I was wearing good hiking shoes or my one fracture could have been more. As it is, six weeks of hobbling. (sigh)

It's ok.I purchase national express coach tickets from here.Staff are ok that's it really. Droite House is a beautiful building situated at the entrance to Margates harbour.
