Had to get the coach from Shepton mallet to London Hammersmith (8th July). My ticket return was booked for the Sunday but had to return earlier due to a family emergency. They where fully understanding of the situation and I was able to get home because of them. Thank you very much.

I was on the SF3 that broke down in Frome Sunday 5th May, and I just want to highlight how brilliantly Warren handled the whole situation. He kept a smile on his face and jollied us all along in what turned out to be only an hour of delay after all. His attitude made the whole thing an enjoyable adventure and we got free drinks!
I would definitely use Berrys again. Also, thanks again to the brilliant driver from the woman in the pink coat. ?

Outdoor Thing

Hi under no circumstances would I use this company... After my van was hit by a BERRY'S Coach on the 3rs July 2023 the driver drove off without stopping and didn't leave any details... I had to find out myself who had hit my van and chase it up. BERRY'S made it extremely difficult and denied responsibility at first until I sent them cctv footage. My vehicle is disabled registered and is needed for my wifes hospital visits and I have now had no car for a month.... Including having no courtesy car...THEY HAVE STILL NOT PAYED ME MY FULL INSURANCE AFTER A MONTH.... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

London super fast no longer worth it's premium cost! Avoid paying the extra just use national express or Megabus. The unbranded ldv coach they using for the super fast service is by far the most uncomfortable coach I have ever been on! The seats are so bad they make that we both in agony within the first half hour of the journey. Also they appear to no longer be offering coffee and refreshments, we have had no pre warning of this! Let's remember that Berry's put there prices up a lot in the last 12 month there standards also seem to of gone through the floor!. Reading the other reviews they are clearly not receptive to feedback so just save yourselves the discomfort and use someone else

Booked premium table seats back in April for September. When the coach arrived at Bridgwater the courier said this coach had a different configuration and our seats were different. On boarding the coach we saw our seats 70 and 71 were there but people sat in them. Questioned the courier later in the journey and he admitted he had lied and had given our seats to the other people.
Complained to Berrys when we got back and treatment was appalling, firstly they wouldn't even take the complaint by phone. Very rude person insisted I emailed them and wait for reply. Eventually they got back to me and said basically they can change seats as they see fit. So beware booking with this dishonest company, an email booking with your seat numbers mean nothing. I even emailed one of the directors but obviously he feels that customers are not worthy of his replies.

Had a great customer experience with Berry’s coaches today. They always get me to London on time and today was no different. Was well looked after by Charlie who provided refreshments on board and made sure we were all comfortable for the duration of the journey. Thanks!

The best bus company! I've been using them for years, here in Somerset it's very novel to have reliable public transport. They even serve refreshments. I recently had to change a booking last minute due to a hospital appointment and they were very accommodating. Super Fast and Super Helpful.
