I recently used them to renew our nicop cards and as usual an EXCELLENT service was provided. After filling out the appropriate forms online & scanning fingerprints etc they sent off our applications which we received back in good time for our travel arrangements
We were contacted by text message from nadra to confirm deliveries of our cards, which we replied to give instructions as to where they should leave our packages as we would be at work
The fees charged were definitely to our liking & I would highly recommend the agency to all

Unprofessional agents, got my NADRA card made. They gave their email instead of mine which made me miss my delivery 3 times, now telling me to go collect it from London that will cost me more money due to travel. Why would you give your email & then not notify the person for a missed delivery! Not everyone sits home some people do go to work you know.
What you taking the fees for if you can’t help locate & get it redelivered. I would give 0 stars if I could!!! rubbish!!!

Very cooperative and helpful guys. Had an issue which they resolved on call taking very nominal charges despite the ticket was bought elsewhere and all other travel agents refused to help. Thumbs up Mr Shehzad ?
