Booked umarah package booked 2 separate rooms and paid for Transport and site seeing. When we arrived was given one room in Mecca. 4 of us sharing only 2 beds in room. Then the transport did not turned up for site seeing ignoring the calls. Had to pay again for site seeing and had really spolied the experience and caused all the hasle of running around. Did not get to enjoy or get experience of the ummarah on top of that the hotel was charging 5% tax per day which we were not informed by him

Medina again was given one room. With 3 beds. There put a extra small bed. I did not fit in it on top of the got bites from the blanket they provided and again no site seeing. And this hotel charged 10% tax per night

Overall bad experience and this agent has nothing to resolve this and charged for items he did not prove.

My advise not use him. Overcharges. And does not deliver what you ask for Also charging for using credit card. Even this its against the law now
