Mark Skedd was an absolute legend. I worked all the school holidays and then got mum guilt the closer we got to the end on the holidays. I called him for a quick conversation telling him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay. He sorted it all out and gave me various options. I picked what I wanted and he dealt with everything. All I had to do was pay and turn up. We had a fab time and it was exactly what I wanted. He got it spot on. Will definitely use again

I have waited 81 days and counting for a refund on a holiday that was cancelled due to Covid-19 and travel restrictions. We were worried about booking in the first place but were assured that we would get a full refund within 14 days if it was to go wrong (in writing) and advised to book it. Just interested in getting the money, but giving it back.
