Following a week in St Mawes we arrived at Rosemain, Rock for a week’s stay with our dog. It was the 4th time we have stayed at Rosemain and 2nd time with our cocker spaniel. It is a great house with 5 bedrooms and loads of space downstairs. We have stayed there with a large group twice and as a drop in and stay this time with friends and family able to stay for a few days and then head off.
The garden is large with plenty of space for garden games, space for the dogs to run around and fully enclosed and not overlooked.
A very large kitchen diner with loads of kitchen stuff to eat I. But only a short walk from the Pity Me inn or a 20 mi. Walk into Rock centre and the beach. Great walks, the best fish and chip shop and fishmongers makes it a great place to stay

Our stay at Shun Lee, St Ives, Cornwall was without a doubt one of the best holidays my family of 12 have experienced. From start to finish we were assisted by a team of friendly people who made our stay easy so that we could get on with our wonderful holiday. The history of the beautiful house is intriguing enough but for our large family there was lots of room and facilities to enjoy precious time together. With its magnificent panoramic views it was like living in a luxury hotel whilst being left alone to take it all in. Thank you Perfect Stays.

The Watermill at Whitehay Estate was a beautiful base for our family holiday to Cornwall. The high quality kitchen, tennis court and the estate were fantastic.

Jullian and Cherry were charming and made us feel very welcome.

We had the great pleasure of staying at Porth Enys house for a week. My only concern is that a week isn’t long enough! I could have stayed there forever! House is beautiful and the views are the best I’ve seen anywhere. Even had the pleasure of watching pods of dolphins swim by and watched seals on the rocks. Would highly recommend.

I rented a property through perfect stays.
6 adults and one child
The property was exactly as advertised .
However a few days into our weeks stay we realised there was a camera device in the communal area that had not been disclosed prior to our during our booking process. I informed the company of our concern and was told that it was not a camera but part of the fire system that was in the property. This indeed turned out to be false.
The device was a camera that could be logged onto at anytime via an app on the device of the person who installed it . We contacted perfect stays yet again to voice our concern given the location of the camera 2 of the bedroom doors could quite easily be captured and with a 6 year old child in the house we felt our privacy was totally violated . The story goes on and I will not bore you. My concerns were passed out to the management company who look after the house on behalf of the owners, they also lied repeatedly about the device not being camera. Eventually they admitted it was indeed a camera but said it has never been used. Not really trustworthy now at this point.
I tried to seek a very small amount of compensation as it actually ruined our holiday but their lawyers were more heavy handed than mine and I gave in and stopped any pursuit of a refund .

We had a FANTASTIC time at Mill Barn in Cornwall, Martyn the owner was an exceptional host and not only talked us through the home, but was also on hand for recommendations for dinner / beaches / surfing / hikes etc! It's worth joining the National Trust to take advantage of the amazing houses / beaches in the area. Would love to return in the summer.... Sadly the British weather was in full force, the week we stayed, so it was lovely to get the fire going when we got back to the Mill. Excellent spot for dog owners too, backing straight onto some stunning woods.

An absolutely fantastic stay at 'Waterside' in Salcombe. As advertised, the property was luxuriously appointed, very spacious, and had simply stunning views of the estuary. All the amenities worked perfectly - the cinema room, the hotel spa etc, and Perfect Stays themselves handled everything immaculately. A really ideal week away: will certainly return.

We had a wonderful time here, such a beautiful house, and gorgeous location, with all the amenities we could dream of. Comfortable, spacious, teens had space they needed, and yet everyone could sit together to watch a film too. Highly recommend!
