I had an amazing experience with Louise on the (truly) Scenic South tour in Cornwall. Louise’s enthusiasm towards Cornish history, culture and the landscape was amazing to hear and see.
Reaching Lizard’s Point, the most Southern point in England was great with fantastic views. The cream tea prepared was excellent - tea, jam, clotted cream and a scone across sweeping views of the Kynance Cove. Louise has made our visit to Cornwall warm and welcoming, and we would strongly recommend this experience!

My husband and I have traveled quite a bit and we took a custom tour across Cornwall with Louise West of Experience Cornwall Tours. It was truly one of the best tours we've ever done whether solo or group. Louise was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, very thoughtful and made a point to make sure we saw the things we were most interested in. We loved the television series Doc Martin, Poldark and I've read Daphne du Maurier & Rosamunde Pilcher novels and we saw great sites related to all. We loved the history, the stunning coastal scenery, the lovely harbour towns and coastal paths, the stone circles, and the gardens including the Eden Project. Louise anticipated our needs and interests and could not have been a better guide. We don't have Cornish ancestry but those who do would find her a wonderful guide too.

This was our family’s first time to visit Cornwall and Louise was just AMAZING! You can tell she is passionate about the work she does and just life in general. When we left I truly felt like I was leaving a new friend. ? Her custom itinerary took us through parts of Cornwall where our ancestors lived. She did a ton of research before we arrived and even spent two hours looking for our family graves in a church cemetery. She truly went above and beyond and I can’t recommend her enough.

We had a wonderful time with our guide Lou. My husband, and our adult children (ages 28 &30) were with us, as was our daughter in law, and everyone had a great time. Lou was informative, fun and tailored the day to our interests and curiosity.
