I booked a BMW 5 series as I had a 5hr+ journey from London to Cornwall. On being collected, the driver came in a Viano minivan (which appeared somewhat aged). We received no communication ahead of time, nor apology afterwards. When contacting them for an explanation, they stated "apologies, it was due to our exceptionally busy schedule".
From this experience, I wouldn't rebook as switching vehicles in this manner is unprofessional (with the lack of communication creating a lack of trust).
On the positive side, the booking was confirmed in a timely manner, the driver turned up on time, was courteous and we experienced no issues with the journey.

Appalling company - do not trust. Booking cancelled with four days to spare for my 89 year old mother to attend her grandson's wedding. She can now not go. I was told it was a glitch in their booking system....not Covid related.
