The driver of the number 22 at 6am Harlow to Epping is a absolute joke , driving 5miles a hour the whole way . Making people miss trains and links etc . Total bell end could have walked to the train station quicker .

Nice drivers, all fairly friendly, but some of the buses on the more rural routes are.. how do I put it.. patchy. There are lots in completely different liveries, it does get confusing! Talking about Trustybus here as Galleon are their parent company. All round 4, if not 5 star operation, they're trying hard at presentation and the vehicles on the more high profile routes look amazing.

Terrible service today from Stansted to Hatfield Heath. Only one bus an hour and the bus drives straight past my children and I. They didn't even pull into the loading/ unloading bay and was 5 minutes early. I phoned customer services who were not at all helpful. The first person I spoke to could not understand what I was trying to say. I haven't used this route in a long time and now I remember why.

Travel with Trustybus regularly on the 384 route and, though it is usually fine and reasonably punctual, I would suggest the following areas for improvement:
Buses- quite an old fleet and can often be quite dirty on the later services.
Information- this is the one point that really annoys me. If your bus is late, there is no way of finding out where it is: no tracking or even Twitter updates (last post was 2015).
It is not really a very regular service (about every 3-4 hours) but that may be due to demand.
Overall decent, but please improve on passenger information!

Returned from Italy for our skiing trip. Coach travel was not my first choice as I always fly, however as I was going with friends, this was a first for me! I must be honest, I was not looking forward to the journey which was longer then I had envisaged, the coach itself was really comfortable and clean. Dave and Paul were amazing throughout the whole journey and nothing was too much trouble. Would like to thank Galleon for getting us to Italy and back safely.

We went on a day trip to France on 17 November. The coach was freezing cold, no toilet paper. We didn't get to do our shopping because of the protest. The drivers had no sympathy towards us; they were very rude. This has been the worse coach I travelled on. I would never recommend this company to my friend and family. They don't even deserve to get 1 star. Worse coach company ever.

Extremely dangerous driving and non existent customer service. Gallion Travel operate Trusty Bus. A bus driver overtook me and my friends as I was cycling, when there was a deluge of oncoming traffic and there was no room even for a fast car to make the manoeuvre due to an island in the middle of the road. As a result the bus pulled in on me as it was alongside my bike, I had to slam my breaks on as I was level with the front wheels and riding around 20-25mph. As the bus continued to pull over it ended up with it's wheels almost against the kerb where I was cycling. It was the most dangerous manoeuvre I have encountered in 12,000 miles of cycling and he missed me by less than 10 centimetres. If I had clipped the kerb with my wheels I would have been under the bus. I complained to the company and yet I have not had any apology or acknowledgement. Every other bus operator in Essex that I contacted to find out who ran the service courteously replied and were all jointly horrified at my experience. Avoid this company like the plague - they need their operators licence revoking and without a doubt they are not fit to provide a public bus service.
