Can't believe it,oil change did take 45 minutes, 20 min documentation than oil change taked 25 minutes so unrespectul staff , they don't know how to deal with customers..
First and last stop for me........

The employees were helpful when I couldn't find items. The lady at self checkout was very nice and helped when my card wouldn't work. Then I had to go to customer service while I straightened out my bank card issue. Everything went smooth and the lady at customer service was kind and patient with me. This was the best Walmart experience I've ever had.

Got verbally attacked by 3 associates. Manager said they were in the wrong. Had an appt. In auto for battery replacement, thwy cancelled my appt and then the manager of auto eas rude and would not listen. I went to general manager, very apologetic but that does not change how i was treated in this WLmart on Robert. Not yhe first time either. Word if mouth is crucial.

Parking was crazy, 2 associates standing at the door (typical) the store was fairly organized. (Better than other busy Walmarts) and IT definitely appeared clean. I was shopping for headphones which I could not find any in any section other than electronics which was at the back of the store . Every single item without exception was under lock and glass casing and so it was not possible for me to get anything to even buy white the assistance of an associate. There were more four in the electronics department alone, one who was helping a customer but I couldn't get Any of the other three to help me. I b passed two other stick persons as well nobody offered to help me despite my asking one associate got help and all of them overhearing that I was seeking help . Clearly I'm going to want help if I want to but something since everything has locked up right? Iv walked up and down every aisle like three times & they all stood around At the counter and the one guy finished helping the one person and then started helping someone else, so I left - without my headphones. How frustrating.

On a positive note there was no waiting for self checkout which was smooth and painless. Also there woman working the Subway counter was especially competent and pleasant and helpful. She really did a fantastic job

I knew there was a reason I didn’t shop at Walmart, but apparently I had forgot for a brief moment. Purchased an item online for pickup. Headed to the store in the one hour window they gave me to pick up the unit and “checked in” on my way.
When I got to the store they said they had just given my order to someone else and they now had to “re-pick” my order which was going to take 20 minutes. Been waiting for 44 minutes now and I’m wondering if I’ll ever get it. Nightmare…

Poor customer service. If you want to waste your time with customer service is zero. Been here two days in a roll with the service desk close always. Need better management and better service in professionalism. Rude and disrespectful. Asking above the law bc like they said “it’s there house and there rules” can’t believe what I hear. No manger wanted to talk. Took over an hour and had to leave due to lack of communication and skills. Some are just standing there and “waiting” bc they don’t know how to work with it. “The team lead” had no clue

Terrible store. Everything is
Locked up. Attendants standing around while I have to hunt the right person down to find the key to block a cabinet. Then I get to check myself out and have someone check
My receipt at the door. Target next door is much cleaner and customer focused. I will never recommend or return to this store.
