Hays travel is okay for booking a holiday. I personally don’t think I’d use them again as I found better service at TUI. It feels a bit outdated here when it comes to how things work but otherwise staff are very friendly and had a nice time talking to staff every time we visit.

(By outdated, it’s more about how you access documents and boarding passes, everything feels like a slow process. Such as booking seats for the plane).
