This hotel was extremely clean, staff were friendly and all-around lovely people.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and it was great. I had a wonderful night sleep.

I had no fault with the stay, so I’ve given it a full 5 stars.

The shower / bathroom was really nice. Purple light was a great touch!

The room was great as usual, but the breakfast was not up to the usual standard. My wife had the continental but there was limited choice available, and I had the full English but the mushrooms and eggs were very dry being under the lights for a while and no black pudding. I also had cornflakes but they were soft. They must have been in the despencer for months.

Stayed as a half way point in our journey for my partners birthday. Shane and the team were fabulous. Left some chocolates, biscuits and cider in the room for my partner which was lovely. Room was spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. Thank you for a great stay

Nicely refurbished rooms. We had a family room that was fine but a little cramped with the extra beds made up. Nice new and clean bathroom. Easy to check in and check out. Rather standard/average food on offer for breakfast and dinner at the adjacent Brewers Fayre. Breakfast hot items mostly tepid. All dinner choices very carb heavy, which is a shame for me.

The first time I have stayed in a premier plus room couldn't fault the room well layed out At check in the staff were friendly and very helpful. On arrival we were informed that the the brewers fayre where we had booked the meal deal had some items unavailable if I had known that before I probably wouldn't have booked the meal deal as the choice was pretty poor but I can't take anything away from the premier inn and would definitely stay again .

Room fantastic. The pub next door in the complex was a brewers fayre and a massive let down. Beige food, little taste and many items not available. Chips chips and more chips...healthier options not available. Staff not really interested in hospitality

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms comfortable and a good size. They appear to have been redecorated. Customer service was excellent. Free parking, Brewers Fayre next door or Costa and McDonalds nearby. I will definitely be visiting again.

It's always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The rooms, bedding, towels, hallways and reception area, are clean and well maintained and the continental breakfast is fresh and satisfying.
The hotel is conveniently situated, to explore the surrounding places of interest.
