Thanks to Robert at Snows Volvo, I was able to purchase a car without any pressure, unlike a lot of sales staff that are pushy and impatient if they think you aren't interested. He was kind and patient and made me feel like no questions were stupid questions and that I could ask anything. I felt extremely comfortable and trusted him to help with advice and recommendations. My recent experience with Snows Volvo Winchester has been nothing but positive. From the moment my car was recovered to them (2 days before a planned holiday) to arranging a courtesy car to be available on my return, the communication and customer service from Cameron Waugh, in particular, has been excellent. This is exactly how businesses should deal with customers but, sadly, not all do.

Communication is poor. After a service visit one month ago and a valuation request , I’m still waiting to hear back. Despite chasing twice Chris in sales has failed to get in touch. I enquired with the sales team and servicing and yet no contact. We are loyal Volvo customers and have expressed the desire to sell my car and replace it with a Volvo. Additionally, my recent experiences with the service team have been poor due to poor communication and lack of responses. Whether this is via email and phone, the information received is minimal. Great cars but it’s apparent that the client service has declined which is a shame.

Recently picked up a new XC40. Had the good fortune to work with Robert Hall who helped me decide the option for as well as assisting with return of my previous car. Simple and painless process and with the added benefit of knowing I can call someone and get support. Thanks for all your help Robert. Purchased a 2021 XC90 and the experience I had from Snows and especially Jasmine was first class. From start to finish the process took a few months, looking at various options and engines before I decided what spec to get. No pressure selling at all and Jasmine and team were able to get the vehicle I was after. Would not hesitate to recommend Snows Winchester and will definitely go back for any future purchases.
