Katherine was a tremendous part of what made our entire trip to S Africa one of the most amazing experiences of our lives! Her knowledge of "must-sees" made the experience that much more fulfilling. She made herself available when we needed her most - after our airline made us lose two days of safari, but she got us back on track with ease, and even helped us with the mountain of documents needed to fight with the insurance company. The portal she uses to load documents was easy and very convenient, and much-needed, when printed documents were lost.

Katherine did an incredible job helping us plan our South African vacation. We spent one week in Cape Town and one week on safaris. She gave us a few safari camp options and the two we chose were incredible. They were both small and the perfect combination of rustic, luxurious, and adventurous. We could tell that she understood exactly what we would enjoy (even though we had no idea going into it!). The camps were personable, not commercialized or fenced, and both had the most wonderful staff. We heard comments at both camps about how well Katherine communicated with them and how detailed she was when giving information about the guests coming. She also planned and arranged our rental car, our domestic flights, transportation between camps, excursions in Cape Town. We had a very detailed itinerary before leaving for the trip and throughout the trip she sent us reminders. We booked a couple of restaurants in Cape Town on our own and she even helped me change the time of one of the dinners an hour before when we were running late!
I seriously could go on and on about how wonderful our trip was, all because of her. She knows South Africa so well and has a true gift for helping people have the best experience. We want to go back to Africa again one day, but only if Katherine helps us plan it again!
