The tour guide was wonderful. Went on a week day and there was about 30 people but PLENTY of room for everyone and some to walk around. He fed alligators, showed us huge raccoon families, showed us huge families of wild Pig, and gave us a historic rundown of the area! It really was super cool!! The prices are amazing IMO so be sure to tip!

The Cajun Pride Swamp Combo Tour in New Orleans was an unforgettable experience and very well organized! The first stop took us deep into the swamps, where we could observe alligators and other fascinating wildlife in their natural habitat. There was plenty of time to explore and take photos, which made the experience particularly memorable.

Our driver was also incredibly friendly and provided us with a wealth of interesting information about the history and culture of the area during the journey there and back. We learned a lot about New Orleans and its surroundings.

The second stop was the impressive Oak Alley Plantation. The majestic oak-lined pathway and the historic estate truly transported us to another time. However, I must note that there was unfortunately too little focus on the harsh realities of slave labor on the plantation. This dark chapter in history needs to be better addressed to provide a more complete picture of the past.

Despite this, there was enough time to explore the grounds and soak in the unique atmosphere.

While the tour is not exactly cheap, it is definitely worth the price and every cent. For anyone wanting to experience the nature and history of Louisiana, I highly recommend it!

This is an absolute must! Our captain, a young fella with a mullet, deserves every accolade New Orleans can bestow on him. He was funny, knowledgeable, and a great all-around good guy. I really can't express how brilliant he and this tour were.

Fabulous tour where we saw lots of alligators! The tour boat host fed the alligators numerous pieces of meat. He also showed us wild pigs and raccoons that the alligators could eat sometimes. The scenery was beautiful.

Please be aware that despite the tour reservation saying our tour was 1 hour 45 minutes, it was actually about 1 hour 10 minutes. I mentioned this to the souvenir store upon returning and received half off. You should also be aware you’re expected to tip the boat driver.

Overall it was lovely and we had a great time.

Great boat tour of the swamps! The tour guide, Captain Tom, was very knowledgeable and had a fun mix of stories to share. It was great to see him feed the alligators, learn about the swamp, the old graveyard, alligator hunting and other wildlife that we saw along the way. I would recommend bringing cold water with you to drink as there isn't always a breeze available to cool things off from the southern heat and humidity.

Captain Dustin was incredible! He has a great personality and knows the area well! Our family friends and my husband had an unforgettable experience and I would recommend this place to all my friends in Texas and Tennessee!

Our captain Tom gave us an amazing ride. We saw a ton of alligators that can right up to the boat and even a few that flowed the boat for a while. We got to see wild pigs and raccoons right on the river bank so close to the boat! Tom was very educational on the swamp and the different animals that live there even showed us live craw fish and a baby alligator. The view of the swamp is also breathtaking . I would 100% recommend this tour to everyone. Definitely something you don't want to miss!

This tour was awesome! Definitely a great value! We got the package with transportation and a nice clean bus picked us up from the French Quarter. Our tour guide was wonderful, teaching us many things about life in the bayou! We saw more than just swamp puppies, other animals like wild boar and raccoons, very cool! My son loved the crawfish our tour guide had, and he was stoked to get to hold a baby gator! The boats were not over packed, and it's definitely a bonus that they are shaded!
