Really disappointed with the service provided by them. Went to change some holiday money as the exchange rate was good, was then told they will contact me when the money arrives. Long story short, phoned them after 10 days as I had not heard anything, only to be told, I don't understand why they didn't contact you. Was then offered to place the order agian at a much worse exchange rate that I had originally placed an order to.

Ended up leaving it as would have left me out of pocket..... Will never use them again as feel like I was ripped off for a mistake that they made.....

Walked in the Barr travel in my leigh branch I was approached a lady called Lyndsey very nice service from her and the young lady told her what I was looking for booked with her thank you Lyndsey loved my holiday flights apartment staff amazing I will book again xxx️

If you want your holiday ruined this is the place to go.
Incompetent absolutely ruin our holiday lastt year.
Got to the apartment in Nashville no keys to get in .
Got to our next destination onnly one room booked instead of two.
Would not book a day trip here avoid if possible.

Popped in on Sunday to enquire about an holiday we had seen. Lindsay was great chatting to the kids asking about where we had been before telling us about places she had been. Half hour later holiday booked for next year. Will be booking again through Lindsay next time we look to go away.

Great customer service all round. This was my first time booking a holiday and i had every help given. Makenzie was great with what offers and prices she could offer and chose the best deal for me and my partner. Will definitely be going back in the future.
