I Hope you are well and in the best of health. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you profoundly for managing our Umrah Trip during November. I knew it wouldnt be easy travelling with mum in a wheelchair, but you planned everything perfectly. I didnt have to worry about plane tickets, visas, zayarats or any of the ground travel. All the vehicles you provided were air conditioned and spacious and i couldn't have asked for a more comfortable experience. Both hotels (Emaar Grand, Makkah & Al Ritz Madina) were excellent in quality and well positioned. We had a few housekeeping issues which were obviously out of your control, but even then you managed to somehow resolve them from the UK. We even had our own Umrah Guide (brother Bilal) may Allah Azzawajjal reward him who walked us through the whole Umrah process. You answered every one of my queries and i found you very knowledgable. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better managed and priced trip. May Allah Azzawajjal bless you immensely for the work you do in taking people to the blessed lands and grant you more barkat in your work. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family. Thank you once again from me and my family and plenty of duas.

Our family of eight recently went for Umrah, and we had the privilege of booking through East West Travels, organized by Khuram. From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional.

Khuram arranged everything seamlessly, including flights, hotels, ziyarats, and all internal travel. Our journey started in Makkah, where we stayed at the Anjum Hotel—an excellent choice with comfortable rooms and a delightful breakfast buffet. The same high standard continued in Madinah at the Thaiba Hotel, where we also enjoyed a well-prepared buffet breakfast every day.

East West Travels are the best when it comes to Umrah packages. I am from Bradford but chose East West Travels over the local agents in Bradford.

Khuram arranged everything from start to finish for our tailor made Umrah package. He gave us the best prices & top package deals.

I would 100% recommend going Umrah with East West Travels. My package included flights, accommodation, tours in both Makkah and Madinah and all ground transport for around £1025 per person for 10days.

SubhanaAllah the best umrah! Group was very organised & communicated throughout trip. The leaders made us feel at ease and ensured we were ready for our visit to makkah & madinah. Hotels were very good, was so impressed, so close to haram, very convenient.
Definitely recommend this agency!?
