Brilliant customer service
Numerous times now we have been into the TUI store fort Birmingham to book our holidays with Laura!! Brilliant service all round they have a new manager as the old one is on maternity leave I can honestly say it was nice for the new manager to come and sit with us and try and get us the best prices they could give us which they did!! Holiday booked!! A++++++

Visited Birmingham Fort store to enquire/book holiday for large party as wanted to do in person rather than online.
Jenna assisted us and was amazing from start to finish. Exploring all options with us and ensuring we had everything that we all wanted at the best possible price!! Took her time to go through many different holidays and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured - was even advised to think over and come back!! And we did the very next day!! Again ensured that all details were accurate and we were happy with the location/price etc.

I had issues with my seats that I had booked they had been changed. I went into to the store to sort the out. I had a lovely lady called Laura help me and she had this sorted for me and made sure I was happy with everything and made sure I had everything I needed for my flight for the following week. Even with going back the following day Laura was still very reassuring and made the processes less stressful.

I recently visited TUI at the fort Birmingham. We was unsure of our cabins and we needed some help and advise. We got an assistant called Laura and she was amazing. She contacted marella for us, not once but twice as we was so indecisive. She helped us upgrade all our cabins and get them all next to each other. She even managed to make us a cup of in between her phone calls. It’s our first time on a cruise and she was so helpful with lots of advise from her experiences on cruise ships. She really did go above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have asked for more. Laura is definitely a credit to TUI.
