I booked my first solo parent abroad holiday through Carly at the Vacay a few month ago. Everything from the initial enquiry to the travelling went amazing. Having never used Jet2 and additional requirements because of needing special assistance, we decided to utilise the support of Carly at The Vacay.

From the first message, she has been responsive, patient and helpful booking and making arrangements for our upcoming family holiday to Lanzarote. She has booked our holiday and arranged special assistance for us based on our needs so we haven’t had to make additional phone calls to a contact centre to try and organise like we have previously experienced.

We have booked a cruise with Carly to receive a more personal service than booking direct with a main travel agent or with the cruise company. Carly has proved to be very efficient, helpful and focused on providing a high level of customer service. Amazing experience from start to finished.
1st saw an amazing deal online from The Vacay and contacted them straight away asking to talk about the holiday, they replied straight away sorting me an appointment that day.
We went through all the options in fine detail: different airports, departure days/times different locations, comparing hotel facilities, weather conditions at locations, and local areas to visit.
She answered all my questions amazingly and we ended up booking that day!

Booked with Carly for a last minute trip over the October half term.

She went the extra mile to make sure everything was spot on.

Even when we had an issue regarding transfers she got us sorted(family of 6). She was also on holiday at the time. Not many people would do that!!!

Reimbursed for taxi and a refund for the transfer.

Will defo be using Carly @ The Vacay in the future.
