We stayed at one of their apartment (25, longbridge) and it was one of the worst experiences ever had. The place was named "fantastic" but it was not. Mold stains on the wall, and the respective strong smell of humidity. Ants all over the kitchen and one of the beds. Bad isolation. Etc...we had to leave this place, for these reasons, with 3 small kids and find another to stay. Asked this agency for the refund and they are not responding, and according to Booking, Helloguest is refusing to make this refund.

@Stunning 3BD Home Hillsborough Sheffield, it was my first time visiting the UK with my family, and we were very pleased to lodge at your place. Perfect home for a family, clean and very organised. The host thought everything through when it comes to safety and comfort. Check-in and check-out was so smooth, and the communication was good . I wouldn't have a single thing to complain about even if I want to. Thanks for the comfort .

After having several negative experiences I was extremely happy to meet Veronica, owner of Helloguest. Professional, detailed oriented, communicative, and flexible with the needs of each guest. So far we always got 5 star reviews overall and for cleanliness which was one of the main issues I had with the other companies I used. Also responding to guests very quickly was important and I can see that's being done. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

The Garden House is designed in a lovely rustic/modern way and extremely cosy. Lots of land around for nice nature walks in the beautiful village. Kitchen is well equipped and the open plan desgin gave lots of space for us and our dog. Nice to have the safe enclosed garden for dogs too.

Would highly recommend a break in this beautiful Garden House. Close to York and local areas if you want to do a spot of sightseeing. Also perfect location for just chilling

We were extremely excited about our first trip with our 6-month-old baby, having had several Airbnb experiences before. However, we are truly grateful to Veronica and her HelloGuest team for making our holiday memorable. Their service was excellent, the flat was clean and tidy, and all our questions were answered so quickly. We only had to focus on enjoying our vacation in London.
