I went in with my friend today to see about prices to book a short break to sorrento next year !! How rude was the assistant !! She must of thought we were either brainless or to poor to possibly be able to afford to go ,I was so annoyed at her snobbery telling us also that we needed enough money to budget to eat out and that it was the most expensive area in Italy !! Like we didn’t know this befor asking , how dos she know how well off we are I could be a millionaire !! and to be so patronising about how she’d been on holiday to ten different places in Italy like we couldn’t possibly do the same , I won’t use this company again and 2 stars is to much so you won’t be recommended

Shocking service.
Despite Co op checking our family in online when we present our passports. At no point were we told we needed 3 months extra on our passports due to new rule changes.
We were refused boarding as we are a few days short on kids passport.
When I called them to complain, I was told try my insurance company. As its not their fault.
Ulitmately the responsibility was ours but for this rule change never to be raised when purchasing a £5k holiday is a gross failure of duty in my opinion.

Not a fan. I appreciate the chap was on his own and the phone at the time I walked in. Fair enough. But at least look up and make eye contact, i was happy to wait. When we did get served it was uninspiring! Save your money and go to Hays which is about 3 doors down!!

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REPUTATION OF THE COOPERATIVE

Put our insurance through Rock. Look at Google Reviews. We had to cancel due to my wife having terminal cancer. Have approached them (as Rock do not answer phones or emails) and they have said "Not us. Not interested"

The agent at Co Op took a month to tell me this. She claims they have approached Rock on my behalf and I want proof. As of yet, silence.

They are not the Co Op of old. They are a chop shop

They lied about the times we could get into the airport. Meaning we lost out money on the cost of train tickets. They lied about hotels being far from airport. They really just had no idea what the hell they were on about and its a good job I did my own research because we would have been left outside, over night, in the dark and cold. I'd never book through them again. We have our honeymoon tomorrow and I'm so worried they lied about other things too, god only knows what we are going to find when we get there. Seriously, NEVER use them.

Absolutely a good job done from start to finish. Your staff at the cheltenham branch are excellent. Special that's to Michel at the cheltenham branch .we have done 2 holidays this yeat through the cheltenham branch. Well planned
