I ordered 3 taxis to pick up from a friends house at 3am on the 1/1/23 to which at 3.01 all 3 were cancelled - bearing in mind I booked these a week before needing them you would think it would of been nice to have a little more notice that they were to be cancelled. No one was on call to arrange anything else - we then spent an hour trying to find another taxi who would be able to pick 12 of us up. Eventually spoke to Gary’s taxi who manage to get us home. Will not be using this service again.

First time using these guys, and booked through their app. Lucky for me, the driver was 2 minutes from my house. Really friendly lady, very clean car, and no fuss. 100% would use again!
