What a wonderful time we had! If you're not a fan of Gin now, you will be before you leave. Our host was very knowledgeable and welcoming. This is a highly recommend event when in London! My favorite was the Cucumber Aloe Gin with Lemon Tonic. Very refreshing after a warm day.

My husband and I did the City of Spies tour with Ben as our guide.
It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Very chilled evening starting with a cocktail in the very impressive St Ermin’s hotel and ending with dinner in a private members club in Whitehall. The choice of food was excellent and good quality.
Ben was a very charismatic host throughout and we both really enjoyed his company.
Imagine Experiences are very well organised and messaged us well in advance to let us know our guide’s name and mobile number in case there were any hiccups which there wasn’t
Highly recommend this tour to enjoy an evening in London.

Had a wonderful Soho Rock ‘n’ Roll tour and dinner at the original Hard Rock Cafe. Naomi was a knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic tour guide who went above and beyond. Not only did she point out famous music venues and British music landmarks, but she even gave us insight into the culture, lifestyle, and architecture of London’s West End. Highly recommend.

Great time spent with James, very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was great, speedboat was excellent fun and the walk around seeing all the sights and history was great. Especially liked the Floris visit, so interesting. The best was to finish in such an intriguing hotel with a great martini.

What an absolute scam. My husband booked their School of Magic: Craft Your Own Wand experience through Get Your Guide for my birthday as part of our upcoming anniversary trip to Scotland for $490 for the two of us. When we booked, the listing offered free cancellations and rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to the experience.

As we got closer to our trip departure and our itinerary was being finalized, we found that we needed to reschedule this experience to another day on our trip. I went into the app to do this, and the price had gone from $245/person to over $1200/person. The price jump alone is ridiculous, but because of the discrepancy, the app wouldn’t allow us to reschedule our experience. I tried to reach out to Imagine, but each message I sent was met with a response that my message could not be delivered due to their inbox being full. I then called the Get Your Guide customer service line to see if they could contact the provider and ask about the price change.

Imagine told the GYG customer service rep that the increased price was a mistake due to some updates they were making to their booking tool and that the price would be adjusted the next day so I could check back and reschedule. I waited 3 days and still saw no change price. On day 4, the price had dropped to around $850/person. I called the GYG customer service team back to try to get in touch with Imagine once again. This time, I received word that not only had Imagine not fixed the pricing, but they had cancelled our reservation outright without even speaking to us.

They sent a message through the app that the venue had changed which is why they raised the price (by $600+ per ticket?) and that they didn’t have enough people to keep the date of our experience which is still A MONTH AWAY. Not to mention the fact that the whole reason I reached out was to reschedule our date, so it shouldn’t matter if that date didn’t have enough participants!

STAY AWAY from this company. It’s a huge scam. There is no customer service, they can’t keep consistent pricing, and they’ll drop your reservation at will. Horrible, HORRIBLE experience.

What a fabulous day out! We saw gadgets, we drank martinis (Vesper martini, of course), we sampled the James Bond scent, and we got an insight into the workings of the spy agencies (both real, and the ones dreamed up by Ian Fleming). We also had so much fun at a shooting range, which even as a total pacifist put a huge smile on my face. Really well organised and with an emphasis on fun rather than being heavy on the history (nothing wrong with that of course, but there are other tours for that). The same company also operate a range of other tours and in other parts of the UK. Based on our experience doing the “Bond for a Day” one in London, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their other trips too!
