The service received from Seb and Co was the best I have ever received from a company. Excellent service from start to finish.. they were professional and courteous and Everything was so do able and nothing too much trouble. They communicated with me throughout the process and helped me navigate the moving process. I also stored my furniture with them for eight weeks. There rates were very reasonable and compared to other reputable companies was very competitive. I would have no concerns recommending there services to anyone and have in fact done so.

Cannot fault the service we received from Higham man & van. The team were so quick and efficient and were incredibly polite and considerate of our belongings throughout the whole process.
Seb always asked if we were happy with how things were going during the process and did not want to leave until he was sure we were satisfied with where and how everything had been left in the new house.
From initial contact to completion, Seb and the team were just brilliant and were, by far, the most stress-free, positive part of the moving day!

Seb and the team are brilliant! From first interaction when making an enquiry, to the very last moment, after they’d grafted all day moving us; I could not fault them. Super professional, polite, exceptionally hard working, really careful with our belongings and generally just really nice people to spend the day with. We always advocate supporting local business but occasionally services can be disappointing, but not this time. Very happy we engaged them and will use again?

Excellent service from Seb and his team. We had a thorough quote through after a video call with some helpful suggestions, followed up by an in-person check-in prior to the day. On the day itself, the team were incredibly friendly and efficient. As I was heavily pregnant, they really considered our needs including using outdoor furniture to give us seating until the very last minute. The bed dismantling service was excellent and well worth the few extra pounds. Everything arrived safely, there was no pressure to have got the keys by a certain time (we moved on the busiest day of the year so they were expecting a later completion time) and everything went smoothly. Absolutely excellent and would highly recommend.

I called Seb the week before my son was moving to London and thankfully they had space to transport his boxes, clothes, Tv etc to his new flat in Battersea as it wouldn’t all fit in my car and i’d got a broken toe!

Seb arrived on time and loaded the van really quick. There was a lot of things not in boxes such as washing baskets and shirts hanging and suits in covers and nothing was a problem. We also had a TV without a box and Seb had the perfect bag to transport it without it being damaged. I could have got in the van with seb but opted for the train as i thought it would be quicker….Seb got there 15 minutes before me and was already unloading ?

Seb was efficient, friendly and professional and i would have no hesitation using him again.

Such a great flawless move. One of the best and easiest moves I've done. From the initial consultation to the actual move, everything was done very expeditiously. Not only did Seb and his team arrive on time but they were able to move our furniture in record time. Probably the quickest move I've ever done. I highly recommend Higham and will use again

Absolute superior service from Seb and his team, from point of contact right up to moving day, great communication along the way, cannot and will not fault, just an amazing professional experience with these guys, nothing was any bother for them and definitely went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
