Came in today to the buxton branch with an idea in mind of where we wanted to go, after what felt like 3 hours we finally booked a holiday. The lady who helped us was very friendly and had alot of patience with us and helped us finally book our holiday. She even sorted out all the extras we asked for. Was a very pleasant experience and would definetly recommed booking here again.

I arrived yesterday at 9.30 to find the place closed and in darkness, when it should have been open at 9.15.
There were a couple of people waiting to go in, but although there were staff sitting behind the desks, no-one came to the door to explain why we couldn't go in. Also, there was no notice on the door explaining what was happening. A man knocked on the door, but still no-one came to talk to us.
At that point, we walked away, as it was wet and cold and we didn't know how long we'd be waiting.
