Took 2 half day walking tours with Mary in April 2024 in Birmingham. Excellent infomation, well presented, and perfectly paced. Mary is an excellent communicator in person and very responsive via email. Highly recommended. Dress for the weather and go!

Mary did us a great private tour. 2 of us are Brummies who haven’t been back for years and we learnt / saw loads. Our Southerner friends learnt even more, all delivered with wit and passion by this lovely professional tour guide.She knows her way around and customises the tour to your request.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to visit this fantastic city.

We used Mary to guide two groups of our members around Birmingham, by coach. The tour took in the major landmarks - especially the Bournville estate and it's history and the Jewellery Quarter. Mary's commentary was very informative and delivered in a light-hearted manner which suited the occasion excellently. We would highly recommend Mary's services to any group visiting Birmingham.

As an organiser using Mary was a delight. We corresponded by email and on the day text. It all went very smoothly. We had 55 members on the coach tour lead by Mary round the highlights of Birmingham which there are many. Birmingham is a city that keeps reinventing itself and Mary was able to blend the old and new in a steamless informative way. Everyone enjoyed the coach tour including the coach driver. Thank you Mary for making our visit to Birmingham so enjoyable and as an organiser so easy.

Had a great tour of the wonderful City of Birmingham and the Jewellery Quarter. Being a Brummie born and bred I was amazed how much I learned about the history of this fascinating City. Mary was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely professional and great fun too. I would definitely recommend a tour with Birmingham Tours.

Had a tour of the JQ today with Mary. Was fascinating to hear about this historic part of Birmingham; Mary’s knowledge and clear passion for Birmingham’s history was clear to see and she delivered it in such an easy going and interesting way . Mary is a great guide and a lovely person who clearly knows Birmingham like the back of her hand and shares it in the most fun and interesting way.
