You need to sort out your sheerness store. Extremely poor service and very rude staff! 11 of us are going away for a birthday. They have messed everything up. We have had to shorten the holiday by 1 day at short notice, pay more. The rooms are wrong and we all paid extra to sit together and that has not happened. Staff couldn’t care and it’s ruined the holiday.

Went into book a short notice holiday
Told me a price which I paid in full but then when I got home they told me they had worked the price out wrong and it was an extra £150 as they hadn't included the luggage... I said OK let's just cancel it but they said as its short notice they can't refund the money I just gave them 30 mins ago as the holiday was under 10 days away and if I don't pay the £150 I can't take any luggage with us. The woman was well rude and said I should of realised they forgot to add the luggage on as it was a cheap price.. STAY WELL CLEAR
