OMG Ross was outstanding at helping us rearrange the jungle bus experience. He made the whole experience interesting yet funny as we sadly failed the mission! Definitely recommend this.

This was our first experience, there were 9 in our party. We chose The Witching Hour. Right from arrival the atmosphere was spooky. Customer service was great. Helpful and friendly. The game was enjoyable and got us thinking. It was fab to have time as a family working together without the distractions of mobiles, TV etc really want to return to do the classified room!

Had a brilliant time. Went with 3 adults and 7 ten year olds. Very well run operation everyone had a great time. Because the host could interact with the people in the escape room he could cater for all ages with extra tips and clues. Great challenges can’t recommend a visit highly enough

First visit today, really wish we had gone earlier as we would love to do more rooms. Glad to hear the business will continue and is just moving location to smaller presmises. The bigger games look amazing, so go while you can. We had a great time. Very helpful hosts and some remote help available if you need it, but not too much.

So much fun!! We did the Dickens one and had a great time as a party of 5! There was a lot of misdirection which I thought was great and had a fun murder mystery in the end!! The little sound effects based on how we were progressing were such a laugh!! Really appreciate the effort into all the decor and puzzles! Will definitely try another!!

This is the 3rd time we've been to Escape Plan Live. We really enjoy it. All the rooms we've done have been cleverly planned out and the staff are very helpful if you need it. We've always done family friendly rooms due to the age of our son but it is still really enjoyable! Would recommend!

Had an amazing time at Escape Plan! You can really tell the passion and experience that's gone into designing the game. Our family loved this company in Chatham and it was even more creative and fun in the new location.

We took part in the Seance and it was a brilliant night out! Challenging, fun and scary. Really worth your money. The host was lovely, and made us all feel welcome. I just hope the ghost doesn't follow us home 😉 Can't wait to try Terminal next.
