Had a great guided ride with Kevin and Jim on Saturday. Myself and my wife decided to try EBikes on the South Downs and took part in a guided ride with 2 others. Kevin talked us through the bikes and what we would be doing. We covered around 22 miles and stopped at a pub for lunch too. Really well organised and the bikes we rode were high end and well maintained. He gave advice on the way and made it a really enjoyable day. Finished off with a run through Queen Elizabeth Park and again Kevin talked us through the route so we knew what to expect. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back to do another ride in the future. Thanks Kevin.

Kevin was very helpful, great knowledge and advice, very professional and reliable, with good communication with queries and arrangements. I have used Kevin at EMTB a few times now for work on my ebike and thought I should leave a review.
Kevin runs a very friendly professional service where all work needed to be done is fully explained and is always there to help when needed.
If your bike needs work go and see him, I highly recommend his services.

My ebike motor terminally failed on a late Sunday afternoon. In panic I called EMTB, not even thinking of the day and time, I was greeted politely by Kevin and reassured that my issues could be assessed and "could I drop the bike in the next day"

The motor had indeed failed and would require a rebuild, I was also offered an internal upgrade.

I gladly accepted the work required and my bike was delivered back to my house on Thursday lunchtime.

It actually seems better than new now and a 12 month warranty is also ace

Recently booked an ebike tour with Kevin on the South Downs with my husband & 20 year old son. Being a mtb rider myself, I must say I was a bit sceptical, however it levelled out our fitness so we could all enjoy the ride together. Kevin took time to ensure we were all set up correctly & gave lots of hints & tips to my son, who was a bit timid to start with. ( Not by the end of the ride ! ) We took in some stunning countryside along byways & bridal paths , & even managed to squeeze in a quick pint / lunch on route. A fabulous day out, great value for money. Only downside is I’m now hooked! Fortunately Kevin offers a hire service so I can still explore further & gain more expert help.

If I ever have an issue or need a repair Kevin always comes through. He has looked after my bike for a few years now and never lets me down. He is a great person and always responds no matter the time.
