Booked our family holiday with Leia hockaday and she was more than helpful. While being on holiday I tried to get in contact with virgin customer services and had no joy then I thought I will try Leia and she got back to me as quickly she could and that's all I wanted, I will definitely go back in the future when arranging my next holiday and definitely recommend speaking to Leia who goes above and beyond to help!! .

We have been booking our dream Holidays through Sophie for several years ,right from her being an apprentice with Thomas Cook to a store Manager with them and over to her new role at Virgin, she has always found us the best deal with amazing accommodation and Knows exactly what we are looking for in a holiday whether its a hotel vacation or a Caribbean Cruise.

we been with virgin for number of years ,because of a grate Rep Gemma over the years she has help us to have a grate holiday she is first class at the job and can solve most isues if she cant the finds a person who can when we book with her and sit down with her the holiday sorted this to us is what grate service is all about at the present time it best to book like this if problems do happen the someone who can sort for you
