My daughter and I booked our holiday with Hays travel. Sara served us at the Wallsend branch she was smashing during booking she told us that she had been to the same place we’re going. Plus we had a laugh when she was attending to us. Sara has a great personality and a brill sense of humour she made us feel at ease too. We are still on cloud nine and ? forward to our holiday. Always a warm welcome at Hays Wallsend .The staff are helpful and efficient and always go the extra mile to find the holiday you are after . A special mention for Joanna who always goes out of her way to be helpful.

The staff are excellent at Hays , Wallsend. Had an issue with a holiday booking, the issue was with National holidays who were totally unhelpful. Staff at Hays sorted this out without any problem, couldn’t speak highly enough of them all.
