The ladies working at Off Peak Luxury customer service were amazing! Despite having a couple of issues with our original booking, firstly was my own doing as I misread the location, but upon phoning the staff were amazing at helping us find an alternative at no cost. Then when we had 2 hotels mess up our booking (not Off Peak fault), they were very quick to phone and help us find further alternatives. I couldn't have asked for more friendly staff!

Went for our anniversary yesterday. And really enjoyed our stay. Staff were brilliant. Even the barman was amazing and let me wife try a new cocktail he was trying out. Gorgeous grounds and views. And a setting that made you feel like you had time travelled back a few hundred years. Lovely and we will definitely be returning in the future.
