The Olive Lounge have a team of holiday professionals who really do their best to find just what you are looking for in a vacation. They research destinations for you and provide detailed quotes and itineraries. If one of the team have visited a location that you are interested in then they are happy to share their knowledge ie best place to stay, what to see etc. An excellent team! I’d most definitely recommend.

Cannot thank the team at Olive lounge enough for sorting me and my sister a amazing city break. Excellent hotel and location.

The customer service has been second to non. They went the extra mile looked into options when we had to change dates found the cheapest way of doing this and then again when we nearly had to postpone due to illness.

Will definitely book again. Thank you team olive lounge.

I can not thank Joanne and Gillian enough. What a awful 14 months the travel industry has had but these 2 and there staff at olive lounge travel have been absolutely fantastic when it has come to rearranging holidays or getting our money back. My holiday to Cyprus has tooed and froed so many times I have lost count but the staff at olive lounge always helped me decide along with Jet2 what was best for me and my party, from my hotel not opening to jet2 no longer operating at my hotel to upgrading me to moving it to the following year to finally getting all my money back

Big Thank You to Gill & team for finding us (at short notice) such a great deal for a fabulous 4 night trip to the Big Apple.
