Excellent service from SIMs. We hired a mini bus to take us to a restaurant. It turned up promptly to collect us and again on our return journey to our hotel. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to drop my phone on the bus without realising The driver found my phone and kept it safe for me and then delivered it to my hotel, the following morning. Went above and beyond what was required and I am very grateful thank you.

Sim's travel provided me with a taxi service from Hardknott Pass to Whitehaven hospital following a cycling crash on the descent of the famed hill climb. The driver was friendly, familiar with the local roads, and considerate of the condition I was in / the necessity to receive immediate medical attention. Highly recommended.

10/06/23: I've been coming to Eskdale since 2005, on and off and tonight was the first time I've used Sim's Travel. This weekend was the Boot Beer Festival and after glorious sunshine all weekend, the heavens opened and it rained as we were about to leave The Woolpack Inn. Sim's were acting as a taxi service for the Festival so we took advantage of the £1.50 each (dogs were free) and got dropped right outside The Chalets. Great service, quicker than walking & getting soaked, friendly driver and kept schedule!

Not sure how relevant this but 14 years ago on my 50th bday i got lost climbing scafell. I ended up in boot with my car on seathwaite farm. This company went above and beyond to.get me back to car after others put phone down on me . The driver was going for a bday meal with his daugher which he cancelled. Never really showed my gratitude now i can 5 stars

Went on the trip to Scottish borders may 2nd bank holiday Monday. We had a really great day. My 3 friends and myself thought it was first rate. The bus was on time .. no problem picking us up at Williamsgate. The driver Rob was very friendly and obliging. His driving was excellent ... The roads being narrow and bending xx thank you for a great day out. We will be going with you again x

Me and my partner really love Sims coach day excursions. We dont drive and really appreciate having the opportunity to visit far flung places for competitively priced adventures .We appreciate the local pick up from Cleator Moor and the friendly and courteous staff .I highly recommend Sims Travel for fantastic carefree days out .
