My review of By Choice in Haverhill.

From the first off dealing with Matt Letcher who in his professional manner gave us the best advice to market our home in the best possible way, he is a driven pro-active person who makes things happen. He knows his business and is very good at his job. He was not happy with some of his photographs so he came back and retook them on a sunny day, it’s the attention to detail that’s appreciated.

You then move into the viewings with Keilee and Maddie - both answer the phone on the first ring, showing efficiency and professionalism once again, nothing too much trouble for these outstanding young people. They are really good role models for anyone joining the company to show them how it should be done. They know their business and it shows. Our move was a long and involved process but they stuck with it and I cannot praise them enough.

Into the sale procedure, you meet with Becky and Abbie, once again the drive you need to achieve your goal is supported by these young people. If you ask them to chase things up or explain the situation they don’t hesitate to help you. It takes tenacity to sell a house, you cannot sit back and wait for it to happen you have to keep at it, By Choice do this.
