Terrific! I've used Dash before to go to Norwich Airport and, as I was so impressed by their total service, I booked to go to Cambridge. The gentleman I spoke with in the office couldn't have been more helpful (I needed a specific type of vehicle due to mobility difficulties) and reassured me I'd get the vehicle I needed. Later in the week I rang again to add a request and the lady was great about it. Logesh arrived on time and was so helpful, offering to do things to make it easier for me. The journey was a good one; he was chatty, friendly and a really smooth driver. We arrived in good time and again he wanted to make things easy for me. Logesh waited for me, which was really useful having the same driver. I cannot praise the efficiency, professionalism and help enough. Thanks all.

I have always used this taxi company for over ten years in Haverhill and they have been nothing but accommodating and brilliant. I can’t fault them however, I have rated it a 1 star because I had a taxi driver badge number 037 who took it upon himself to tip himself. He charged me more than what was on the meter and when I questioned it he got upset. He then changed the amount back to how it should have been and got upset. As his phone and card reader connected to the machine so that I can pay he turned his engine on and said I will be charged until the internet connection goes through and I have paid even though we were already at my address.
I have NEVER experienced this from any driver at ANY taxi company.
I picked up my child and I carried my child and hand bag and told him if he could help with closing the door on our way out. Instead he starting being loudly and verbally abusive towards me in front of my child. He was calling all kinds of names and shouting I had to get my child out of this situation.

I have not heard back from Dash Cars about my complaint.

I’m gonna give it 4 stars simply because of the ease of the app and the efficient ness of the drivers collecting me. But I did have a gripe with the driver coming back from my collection point who subsequently charged me an extra £1.90 for additional fees and when I looked at what those fees were it’s for waiting times etc. Now if he’d been waiting I could understand it, but I was waiting for the driver outside and it’s not about the money I just don’t like the piss being taken. So I’d check that if you use the app to book a taxi.

So I will certainly be checking those fees again when I next use them. It’s a shame it’s happened because other than that it was good.

Horrific service. Ordered an airport pick up for a flight that landed at 23:35. Driver called at 23:37 to say he was at arrivals - no idea why as no plane in the history of the world has got people off the plane and out of the airport in 2 minutes. Driver called but we were at passport control so couldn’t answer - number was blocked so we couldn’t call him back. Once we got out the airport we looked for the driver for 15 minutes and couldn’t find him or ring him… after another 10 minutes the company finally called. Very, very rude man answered, blaming us for ‘being late’ (it was 12:05am, 30 mins after the plane landed). He said if we don’t pay another £26 right there he would cancel the car and we’d lose the other £60!! Apparently there is a higher charge after midnight, we booked over the phone and the lady we spoke to didn’t mention this at all. First time using this company and definitely the last - please avoid

Mano was absolutely incredible, able to adapt to our sudden changes and supported to make sure about pre booking were completed correctly. Nice and easy ride and very efficient!! Will definitely use dash cars again!!

What a great service from Dashcars. I was staying at Haverhill Travelodge whilst attending a wedding in Poslingford. Not being from the area I found the cab number on the internet. Booked a cab to get to the wedding and again for the return trip. Cab arrived on time and drivers were friendly. Would definitely recommend them.
