Great team at the Hyde Branch. Booked my holiday with Helen and she was super helpful. Suggested places to go and stayed within our price range. Kathleen was also very helpful when I opened a travel money card and gave me loads of info on using it.

Was not happy with the service I recieved customer service matters I expected to be offered more than 2 hotels to choose from having called in twice I got the impression they thought I was a time waster which I am not I wanted to support my local travel agent as I have done in the past
So I booked direct with jet2 and was given great service nothing was to much trouble
I now have a 5 star holiday booked in October 2023
