We were introduced to Natalie earlier this year. We decided to book a holiday and talked to her about where we wanted to go. She was really helpful and booked us a holiday. Natalie did all the arrangements even pre booking seats and booking us in for our flights. She kept us informed and emailed all the information we needed. We found the experience easy with no stress. Natalie is fab and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. She's friendly, passionate about travel and took all the stress away from booking our first family holiday providing multiple quotes and options to make sure the package was what suited us best and even contacted the hotel ahead of our arrival to make sure everything was in place for a late night arrival with a baby.
Natalie was available at any time needed and even dealt with all our online check-in and boarding passes so we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. Highly recommended! Thank you so much.

I may be family and you may think I’m biased but I called Natalie for a very big ask to get myself my daughter and granddaughter on a trip to Disney orlando florida in 2 wks time .
Well she came through amazing universal hotel flights all checked in, this last min major trip could not have gone more smoothly. Looking for a holiday in Egypt. Rang Natalie and she was straight on it.
I wanted this...I wanted that...I wanted this date. not that...I liked this hotel...I wanted this price..this budget..these flights...I wanted overnight sleeper...I wanted to see the Pyramids...also a trip on the Nile..then 5 star accommodation . Natalie was amazing so patient. accommodating...flexible....quick... helpful
