I also booked an early morning taxi at the office and on the appointed day NO TAXI. Of the three numbers on their card two were unattended in the office. The last number I phoned woke someone who assured me they had no booking, no available cars and they couldn't help.

Taxi booked to Heathrow and collect. Our return flight was late and our driver waited over an hour and then had to deal with Friday evening traffic and three older and tired people.

Pre booked a taxi for Sunday 28th and received a confirmation of booking via email. We turned up and no taxi was there. Tried calling twice and no answer. Luckily got into another local taxi, and the driver informed us Haslemere Taxi Station is closed. Completely unreliable service.

I cannor recommend this service enough. It is always nice to have a friendly face meet you after a long or short trip. whatever the time of day, rain or shine, they are reliable, courteous and professional - 100% what you need for your travel to and from the airports.

Used this company twice over the weekend. First time, going from the train station to the airbnb was absolutely fine, no worries at all. Booked them to get back to Haslemere train station on the way back, and the driver didn't show up. Called the station twice asking for an update and was told that the driver is on the way and would call. He didn't. He didn't show. Then the station called me and said I'd given the wrong post code and that I should have waited on the street for the taxi to pick me up, that the driver had tried to call or that I should have called him (bearing in mind, at no point was I provided with a phone number). I was shouted at on the phone because some driver got lost on the way to the Airbnb and made to feel like it was my fault. Appalling customer service from the station. But tue taxi driver on the way from the train station was lovely, hence why this isn't a one star only review.

We pre booked our taxi over two weeks before. It turned up 30 mins late and that was only after we rang them 10 times and they sent a new car. The excuse was “they were very busy” - not acceptable when pre booked.
