Honestly wouldn't book anywhere else now.

Having worked for TUI and barrhead travel for a combined 11 years I know my way round a holiday booking and would choose to book with Harris Travel over the big companies anyday. Your always looked after and a valued customer and not just a passenger number or a target to fill up a seat on the plane.

We have dealt with the staff in-store and online, the level of customer service is outstanding and nothing is ever too much trouble. The knowledge of the staff is great and wether it be in-store or online they will always try their best to get what suits your needs for the perfect holiday.

We have now booked our 5th holiday with Kirsty and can't wait. She's always been on hand to help us when we need to change our booking (usually to extend the holiday ). Her customer service is great, she now no longer lets us book for less than 14 days as she knows we will just change it anyway - saving us the cost of admin fees ?

We wanted to stay in Egypt for a month and Kirsty was able to recommend the perfect hotel for what we were looking for, she also quoted us £3k cheaper than what TUI offered for the same holiday.

I would highly recommend booking your next holiday with Harris Travel.

I can 100% say that I feel secure knowing that whatever I book holidays, transfers, wifi boxes, trips and more it will be not only a great service but also a personal service. We have used Harris Travel for quite some time now and usually travel abroad quite frequently.
Nothing is too much trouble for the team, booking is easy, experienced, friendly staff are always on hand to give advice, their efficiency is second to none and the prices are great too !!
The last couple of years have been trying times for them and yet, their professionalism has continued to shine through the darkest hours.
