We’ve just returned from a week stay in Tamar View and it was the most lovely week! The caravan was clean, modern and comfortable and we loved the hot tub which was well maintained. Our three kids had the best week which was made even more fun with the staff putting on a Halloween event! This was a lovely touch and the staff were so friendly and put so much into it so thank you for making our children smile! We would absolutely recommend a stay here, it’s a quiet getaway with stunning views! Definitely a week to remember.

The park had a contactless check in which would have been ok but we had to ring the owner to ask what number caravan we was in as there was no indication on booking where we was on the map. There was also another family ringing when we arrived. |We was in Pentille which I didn't realise on booking ( My fault) was pet friendly. This wouldn't normally bother me but the caravan smelt of wet damp dog. The sofa needs replacing and was so uncomfortable. There was no cushions and also smelt of dog. |That was my fault for not checking as there is only 4 that are pet friendly. |Also we was right next to a busy road so cars flying past all night meant not quite the relaxing break hoped for. The hot tub was ok but dated and a few of the jets not working. There is nothing to do on the site, but it is within driving distance of a few attractions. We was here during storm Bert and didn't have any contact from the owners to check everything was ok.

This holiday park is definitely the one if you’re looking for a quiet get away with your partner! The views are amazing! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub looking over the moors! The caravan itself was 10/10! Spotless, modern, everything included and for the price of £220 for four days it was well worth the money! Staff were polite and helpful.||A car is needed if you’re planning to stay here but what do you expect for a country site. We visited the towns nearby and also spent a day exploring Bodmin jail which again I highly recommend!||Will definitely be returning 🙂

We stayed in caravan no.43. We found it to be quite cramped in bedroom and bathroom areas. It was quite well equipped however there were some things missing (mop, full length mirror, clock/s). The bed and sofa was not very comfortable.|There were no facilities on site and nothing except one (very good) pub within walking distance - to stay here you need to be prepared to use your car daily.|Having said all that the actual site and the hot tub/s are really well maintained.

Stayed here July 2024, really enjoyed our time here, the staff were great, always on hand should you need anything.|Views were amazing. Loved to just sit in the hot tub (which was so nice ) and admire the lush surroundings.|There's a pub , Rifle Volunteer 15 minutes walk away which we enjoyed most evenings.|Many beautiful places to visit in Cornwall/Devon within half hours drive.|Great experience, great value.|Would definitely return here. Well worth the 7 hours drive .

Me and my partner have just returned home after a relaxing week at Tamar view we stayed in Downderry It was amazing so peaceful and quiet everything we wanted and more. I proposed to my partner on the first night with the view in the background which made it a holiday to remember. We enjoyed it so much we are already looking at returning next year.|P.S The hot tub is awesome after a long day exploring the beauty of Cornwall.

We thought the caravan was in a great position with lovely views. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. We liked it being a small site and easy to find. The hot tub was lovely and we used it every day.

My partner booked this holiday park for a for a last minute birthday treat. Very well kept beautiful site Accommodation was immaculate with everything you needed for a perfect stay. Staff friendly and helpful.|Amazing hot tun to finish of the day.
