Both towns are lovely old style seaside towns,some lovely independent shops, so great restaurants, plenty of charity shops.
General nice people,lots of dog walkers around the area.

I told the call handeler very clearly that I am disabled and have unusually two assistant dogs that I needed to take with me. The very lazy driver parked blocking the road but didn’t get out to knock on my door and there was no call back I phoned and very poiletly asked for the driver to help. The call handler Jung up on me believing that if the driver wouldn’t help he should get lost was rude.
Well they are very rude s d operate under two business names which is illegal so I am going to have them on several counts. Hah

I was caught out by the unexpected rail strike and no buses to get me home from Frinton. No buses available.
Two taxi's pulled up at the station and though they were booked elsewhere they worked it out between themselves and one kindly took my little dog and myself back to my home. Kind and happy guys, much appreciated.

Extremely rude, did not even try to find a taxi.... I was scared that I can't get home at night, had work the following day and I needed to be home. I did rely on them as this is happening for the first time. No discussions: there is no car....hung up

Really disappointed with this company. I gave one star because I had to before writing a review. This review is not of the drivers as we didn't get to see any! the woman on control Saturday 15th was extremely unpleasant on the first call then blatantly rude on the second before leaving us stranded not knowing if a car was coming or not. We booked for 11.40pm, quoted £13.50. By midnight when we have been standing at the door for 20 minutes we called again. The rude woman told us it would be another 5 minutes.... so we waited... 10 minutes later when the car still didn't show we called again to be told we were a 'no show' so it had left. This is not possible as four of us stood by the door. She then said another is on it's way but is now more money. We weren't happy with this but needed to get home. Still no car came.. She said she couldn't find anyone to take us at that price and hung up!

Would not recommend my child was scared senseless after smelling alcohol on the breath of the driver.

This has been reported to police.

Still a nice place to visit. The beach is nice and clean. Shame about the pier as this would get five stars.
