Very much appreciate how Boydens support the local community. For many years now Beth from this branch and David and Paul from the Colchester branch have provided posters and cards for our summer lunchtime concerts at St. Mary's Parish Church. We have managed to raise with their help £1700 for the church and Alzheimers. So grateful for Boydens' help and commitment to this venture.

I am very pleased with how Boydens Frinton on Sea dealt with my enquiry. They were all kind,
respectful, professional, and lovely.
Especially Matthew Hayward, who made sure I was being kept up to date with everything, and was very patient and kind with me, while guiding me through the renting process in a very professional way.
I would also recommend Bethany Halsall and Kathryn Barker, who also look after the renting side of things for me. They make everything nice easy and they are a pleasure to work with.

When I approached Boydens my late mother's flat had been on the market for over 3 years in spite of trying another local agent, online auctions and other properties purchasing organisations so I was beginning to give up hope.
They were very welcoming and easy to deal with and advised the price I'd arrived at was reasonable and that they had someone who might be interested.
They face sensible advice on the market and when they did secure the sale soon afterwards kept me regularly up to date with emails and chased up solicitors/purchaser so I didn't need to contact them. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful.

Extremely professional set up, very friendly and knowledgeable of local market and everything involved. A completely smooth experience from first meeting Matthew the manager and the way his team helped us through the highs and lows of house sales. Special appreciation to Gemma who takes on the sale progression and she is very responsive and guided us through, despite the obstacles thrown up along the way.
