Was using this travel agency for a while now for my dad's tickets using bilal however since the new staff have now taken over I will not go ahead with any ticket purchases anymore. They sell you tickets but are never there aftersales to sort any issues out if anything they are greedy and ask for more money for your issue to be sorted I am trying to book my dad back on an early flight with Turkish Airlines and metro travels are charging a whole new ticket price to sort this out when I rang Turkish Airlines they told me its because you have booked through an agency had you booked direct with us we wouldn't charge you for changing your date. The person who now handles requests doesn't speak fluent English its so hard to understand her. Recently my sister also booked with them and on arrival back to the UK she was asked for a printed or emailed version of her e-ticket which this agency didn't provide her with, she was then stranded at the airport with a baby and told she cannot board until she will provide this so we tried to contact the agency and no answer. Wouldn't use this agency again and won't recommend to anyone either. They are greedy and in actual fact more expensive and for someone who doesn't provide an aftersales service its not worth using.

The worse travel agency you can use if not in the world then aleast in the region.

The address is even wrong, the current office has no sign, shutters down most of the time.

Poor customer service and more towards a liability

Avoid at all costs and if need to book go in person and ensure all processed and evidence provided.

Worse decision made and never again

Never use this guy. Gave me the cheapest air fare and then put on the ticket that I can carry two pieces of luggage. But the Qatar airlines said the guy had only put one piece of luggage. I had to pay £200 for another piece of luggage while I was abroad and when I tried to check in. Qatar airlines have said all their tickets are sold with two pieces of luggage so it seems this guy has had me off and now he is declining to refund Me the charges I incurred. NEVER USE THIS GUY.
