Tim and Alison Cooper…recommend Athens.

Tim and Alison Cooper make travelling so easy. Having had a wonderful break in Amsterdam last year booked with them, we asked their advice on a city break this year. They recommended Athens and this honestly is a place we would never have considered had we just trawled the internet. Having just returned from an amazing hotel exactly what we requested centrally placed in an amazing city I cannot wait for our next adventure, also booked with them a cruise and stay later this year. They listened to what we have wanted and delivered an exceptional service. Highly recommend their advice which is personal, professional thoughtful and friendly .. totally stress free for us from the day we chatted with them. Very grateful

The service and advice from Alison and Tim Cooper was fantastic. Booked 2 summer breaks with them and they gave us options and recommendations and then booked 2 wonderful hotels for breaks in Paris and Majorca. We just turned up at the airport and got on the plane, the Coopers did everything and I cant thank them enough. I will certainly be using them again for next year.

Recently we travelled to Iceland for a 5 night holiday. I approached Alison & Tim Cooper at Not Just Travel for advice on how to book this type of holiday and recommendations re where to stay, how long to go for and what trips to book. Alison and Tim managed the holiday from start to finish for us. They were on hand for queries along the way and even organised check in for us. We had a fantastic time! I would definitely use their services again.

We just got back from a Fantastic Honeymoon Holiday organised by these guys, it went so well we literally did nothing but packed our bags and went to the airport! I'd highly recommend using Alison & Tim when booking a holiday, the personal touch makes it all worthwhile 🙂

I've waited over 8 weeks to post this as I am not someone who normally posts negative reviews. After various issues with booking changes, flights and hotel issues which we settled on, as part of that Alison was supposed to deal with the claims due to flights with the airline.

After contacting Virgin and Delta directly, we could not deal with the claim as it was booked by Alison as our Agent. Sadly, after 8 weeks on we still haven't had anything resolved, apart from lots of emails between Alison and what looks like her agent both declining to deal with the issue (which is a simple claim).

I'm extremely disappointed with how Not Just Travel deals with issues, always blaming someone else, always passing the book and actually not dealing with an issue on your behalf. It has now got to the point where Alison ia ignoring emails, which seems to be her go to for dealing with things beyond her current knowledge.

If you want a travel agent that you can trust will be there to deal with issues on your behalf, and won't add further stress to your travel, then look elsewhere.
