After booking our holiday last minute, Laura was able to sort out our airport travel to Liverpool even getting the driver to come from a Manchester drop off to pick us up afterwards at about 3 in the morning. The service was outstanding, efficient and on time. Refreshments in the vehicle on both journeys was a lovely touch and the drivers were excellent. 1st class service from a 1st class local company...Will definitely use again ?

Really disappointed to have been let down by this company and left stranded in the early hours of the morning! Had been contacted by the driver less than 12 hours before to confirm booking and then a no show! Called the mobile number given, office number and messaged the Facebook page and nothing!
A couple of hours later get a call with no explanation as to why they let us down and telling us we should have rang the emergency number.. what emergency number? And we wouldn’t have needed said number if you had, had the decency to turn up to a pre booked job that you had twice confirmed!
No compassion for the customer as when I voiced how inconvenienced we were, could miss our flight and that we had been recommended by someone else his tone changed and he was more bothered about in his words “being bad mouthed”

Highly recommend L&L Travel. Great service. Booked to transport a party of 6 to and from Manchester airport. Good communication prior to travel. Prompt and efficient. Helpful with luggage. Comfortable seating. The water supplied was much appreciated after landing in early hours. Good instructions on where to find for pick up. Lee was our driver who looked after us very well. Definitely would use again.

We used their services for airport drop off and pick up. Very polite, helpful and friendly drivers. They also offer water and help with luggage, they are on time and keep an eye on your return flight time. Very comfortable experience, will use again.

We used L&L Travel for our wedding and they were extremely friendly and professional, the wedding car was really nice and clean and so the was the mini bus that shuttled our guests to and from the venue. All of our guests commented on how good the drivers were and we couldn't thank them enough for making our day even more special. if you're thinking about using L&L, do it! We couldn't recommend them enough!

This company is ulta efficient from Laura in the booking office to the rest of the team.
James and Chris were our drivers,to and from Manchester Airport from Fleetwood,both guys very well mannered and knowledgeable, everything was organised with precision by Laura, and we will definitely use L&L again later this year and beyond, very stress free way to start and end your holiday.
