I've had the pleasure of working for the company for a very short time and I've got to say it's like the blind leading the blind. I got told by big bad Dave I was unreliable dude don't know me properly... I was took off rota two days and he expected me to pick up my phone doesn't work like that anyway I got sacked only to be told they are going to charge me for route learning I used my own car did he give me petrol money most definitely not.Then to also be told they are going to charge me for loss of mileage not my problem don't expect me to come in when am not on rota utter shit show of a company. They definitely will be hearing off my lawyer with regards to the last pay check iam due. So anyone thinking of driving for the company I wouldn't bother it's an utter shit show.

When you're working with a disabled vulnerable person and the last bus of the day sees your signal to stop, but drives past. Driver clearly put getting his shift done more quickly over stopping to pick us up. A choice was made. A real pity. Service 73, Civic Way, 17.54pm. 25/10/24

Attempted to contact privately first but no working email address or social media so i have attached images of one your vans and the driver. registration plate BG12 XHL

This driver aggressively overtook doing 40+ mph in a 20mph zone outside of Hilbre High school at 15:25, this is the time that the children come out of the school. The area was extremely busy with parents and children, as he overtook in rush hour traffic he swore at us, with our child in the car.

He then sped over a roundabout without giving way, and proceeded to speed up through another 20mph zone doing at least 60/70mph.

We then witnessed the same driver, obstructing traffic in the middle of Greasby Village stopped on double yellow lines at a bus stop.
Not only was his driving incredibly dangerous and inconsiderate, he was swearing and driving in an extremely dangerous manner.

I find it absolutely disgusting that this man is allowed to drive for your company especially with a sign on the back that shows a warning to look out for children, for him to then drive at that speed outside of a school at pick up time.

A company such as yourself should have drivers who can be trusted to transport children.

This is the second time I have used this company and they always exceed my expectations. They are quick to communicate, and the drivers are very courteous. Despite the storm that delayed my flight for 7 hours, they stayed in contact with me and the driver was ready to pick me up when I finally landed. I really appreciate their service!

Absolutely disgusting driving from A2B today ! Your driver clearly has aggressive and misogynistic attitudes to women!
He turned into a road as I was over half way down it, blocking my exit in a disabled vehicle, no room for me to pull over and he clearly saw me coming towards him on the diverted traffic asle.
He pulled in front of me, laughed and folded his arms in a petulant Manor! Expecting me to reverse all the way down a road, when he was just at the top, making out he wasn't allowed to reverse with a passenger on board! You were against the law and driving without due care and attention by entering the road in the first place. I feel sorry for you if this is the only power you have in your life, sad man!

We used A2B yesterday to take our choir to sing at Hereford Cathedral. Smart clean coach, excellent timings but above all a fabulous driver- Jed. Thank you Jed for helping to make our day out extra special, you went above and beyond. We saw you listening to our choir, that meant a lot, you helped take our group photos afterwards then managed to find the closest parking place so we had only a short distance to walk after the service.
Thank you Jed, you’re a credit to your company.

Drivers are dangerous, inconsiderate and rude. Think the road is theirs, staff are same don't care about dangerous drivers too busy sticking up for them, all incompetent at this place. Stay away!!
