We booked a taxi back from Fleetwood to Blackpool for 3am on 27th May and from booking and confirmation along with driver updates was excellent. T

Ordered a taxi for a specific time 1 hour in advance, taxi didn't turn up after 15 mins, depo said "he's on the way from the high Street, you know how it is"

15 mins more, friend got a tram to catch the last train home in Blackpool after missing the previous one. First and last time trying to use this business. Is there a business in the UK that actually puts their customers 1st?
