We booked our holiday with Elaine what a star. Her knowledge of the hotel and area we wanted to go too was excellent.
Elaine booked everything we needed even down to the extra leg room for my 6 foot son-in-law.

Joe was very helpful when booking my short trip to Berlin with my husband, he booked us a perfect hotel in a perfect location near all the historical places. He also recommended several restaurants, places of interest etc that he had visited on his last trip there! Joe at Barrhead travel made it quick and easy booking everything over the phone for me. Angela searched and searched Tunisia deal for me, as it was showing up no flights, then the flights but not the hotel I wanted, eventually found flights and hotel that was suitable ?

Didn't get the member if staff name, on front desk, but she made the best coffee ?

We had been into a local Tui shop and come home and spent hours looking for a 2 week criuse this Feduary .Not a lot of options really for us at that time of year its round the caneries or across to Mexico etc for what we want to pay.

My wife said lets go to Barrhead travel in Allerton Road they look at a lot more opperators and might have more choose for us .

We seen a lady called Elaine. Elaine that first of all spent time listening to what we hope to get on our criuse, likes and dislikes etc.

We are well used to going on criuse and must have been on round 25 or so over the years but I was surprised with Elaine's first suggestion of a p&o brand new ship going round the Bahamas.

Ticked all the boxers for us ,deck 5, balcony ,3 people full board, £320 on board spends , good flight times .Job done ha .cost 6k for the three of us 2 weeks .
Elaine helped sort the disability stuff also for my son by making a call or two which on a Saturday was we feel good of her .
All the staff seemed friendly so this is a small thanks to Elaine for being good at you job and for looking after us while we where there with coffee etc .
Next time we will of course check the internet but we will then pop in and say right let's see what you can do . Thanks Martin .
