I recently booked with Acomb travel on a months long cruise, accommodation and travel around Australia, which they organised everything perfectly and picked out the hotels that suited our needs of position and standard, so we did not have to do a thing except pack and go. It is the little things that go wrong that makes me think that I will always use Acomb Travel, because on one of the transfers from the airport, the taxi did not turn up on time, so I have to take my own taxi and pay. When I got back home, I mentioned this to the Acomb Travel team, who then investigated and managed to get me a refund of £40. Obviously £40 is not a lot of money in the over all holiday package, but it is the independent professionalism of the Acomb Travel team that goes the last mile to care for the customer.

We called in over a week ago to look for our winter holiday. The lady we spoke to was so friendly & patient with us. At this time we didn’t book the holiday due to work/holidays etc. We called back in today & suzi greeted us as we walked in. The other lady was busy. However she remembered us our holiday even the dates. Suzi searched for our holiday. She made us feel so welcome. Explained everything to us even booked our taxi transfers in the price given.
